2. Hunting properties
You will receive already after 24h, your first properties corresponding to your request. Your personal assistant will inform you personally of more detailed information about the properties and their situation.
3. Viewing
A visit, movie, videocall, virtual visit, ... we let you discover the selected properties that marked your interests.
4. We negotiate for you
We negotiate the correct price so you can make the offer.
5. Due Diligence
After the accepted offer, with our legal department, we manage the due- diligence.
6. Final deed
We stand by your side from A to Z.
We assist you at the notary when signing the final deed contract. Congratulations! You are the proud owner !
